We are living a life with ups and downs. Many people find themselves compromised by the lack of skills, lack of capabilities to manage the utilization of resources and consequently leading to no sustainable job (unemployment).
Despite, we have many institutions engaging in provision of agricultural services (opportunities for training and employment) but still many farmers use local means in agricultural activities and hence experiencing low output and profits.
When I was thinking on the situation few months ago an Idea came about - to create a blog that will be a platform of bring ways to overcome this key issues in our community. My thoughts were filled by this idea but my worries were How to do it? I don’t have enough capital to implement the idea and my time is limited. Will I be able to manage its operations? Actually, these were some of the questions that circulated in my mind day and night.
Even though facing such challenges, I decided to proceed and started by writing a draft of how it should be. I met an Information Technology (IT) expert who told me the idea was great but its cost would be greater. I never accepted the “can’t do realities” concept because I believe that accomplishment is not guided by backward movements but rather the opposite and today the blog is created despite all limits.
I came to realize that words dare to do possess an influencing power on how we act today. You may be facing a similar situation but you are in a state of dilemma. It is because everything you desire and all wishes you have, are bounded within your ability. It is important to look forward and keep moving on your way towards whatever you strive to accomplish. I don’t believe in failures and I don’t have any reason for failure.
There are many opportunities, projects, workshops, trainings, jobs, creativity & innovations, problems, solutions, skills, knowledge out there that need YOU to act and take part on them and consequently advancing yourself.
In many times you might have heard the progress of others, stories of their success, mentioning their properties and wealth, announcements for various matters but still your participation with the “can do approach” is not enough.
You have been always blaming rather than involving yourself in action to show the way, you use much time thinking and planning without doing, you believe your success relies in others.
ARISE TODAY! Be encouraged to fight for your future. This is because you will achieve what you want if today you will decide to be an active and responsible person. The best part of it is to know that this matter is your responsibility; we are also with you; be of good courage and DO it!
You pass tough situations, a lot of hardship and to overcome the issues you face today you have to arise. Arise today while knowing that your colleagues, friends, parents and government are there with you to assist and evidence what you are doing.
The word Arise is much more concerned with you, it is where your success is hidden, and if you fail to arise along your journey you retard your rate of success and achievements. Decide to arise if you mean what you desire for your future.
Remember that we always see things as we are and not as they are. Be sure that if today you will change the way you see things, the way you think and the way you implement your actions will absolutely change the quality of your life, your success level and make you a notable and a referential person in the world - start today, it is your time.
FIND MORE REASONS TO DO THINGS THAN NOT TO DO THEM.

THE MIND OF KASHENGO, Continues…… In their minds and hearts, it was the joyful history for their clan, knowing that, their son (Kashengo) would bring an impact on their clan and society as an educated person. Kashengo marked the goo beginning to his society with the high respect, of which everyone would have to tell in his village. He turned the past history into new history; this became the point of interest in people’s minds in that village. Mrs.Mkumbo insisted Kashengo by telling, “my son, it is not enough you have to prepare good environments for your future life, passing the exam is not enough but shaping your mind to master your future life counts”. Kashengo could then continue by feeling great joy having passed the exam and he could receive more gifts from different people.
